Tamika Dwight-Scott and Melissa Crozier, the owners, have worked in the community service industry collectively for 22 years.
Tamika and Melissa have combined their skills to deliver a holistic education and wellness service to the community, combining mainstream and holistic practices addressing the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. Their vision is to create a Centre of excellence in the life education and wellness industry and to inspire and assist their clients towards healing. Balance, wholeness and wellness is achieved when all aspects of the mind, body, spirit is validated.
The HRIH symbol (shown on the right) is the seed syllable of Buddha Amitabha, one of the five esoteric manifestations of the Buddha, and is a symbol of love and compasssion. Also associated with Chenresig/Avalokiteshvara, the bodhisattva of compassion. Amitabha is the main Buddha of Japanese Pure Land Buddhism and his seed syllable can be found everywhere in Japan. The HRIH symbol feature predominiatley in our Group Room.
