A 6 week course for couples who want to enhance their relationship
- Are you stressed and overtired and have no energy left to give to your partner?
- Do work and/or family commitments take up all of your time?
- Do you feel disconnected from your partner?
- Do you feel unsupported in your relationship?
- Do you still love your partner, but there seems to be something missing?
- Has the intimacy faded in your relationship?
- Is there a lack of communication and respect in your relationship?
- Do you feel that your partner does not listen or understand you?
If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, then this Evolve Relationship course is for you and your partner to rebuild your relationship. This workshop is designed to support couples who feel the need to re establish connection in their relationship. This connection is often strained due to busyness and everyday stresses, often resulting in romance and intimacy fading. You are aware that there is still love between you but the spark may have gone. This course will provide practical skills and information on how you can work to regain that initial spark. Remember what it was like when you first met? How you looked forward to seeing each other, how you sent each other little messages? When was the last time you felt the excitement of just being together?
In this course we will cover the following topics:
- Communication and language – how to have open, honest and respectful communication
- Listening – skills on how to take time out and really listen to your partner
- Expectations in the relationship – what is it you want from your partner?
- Intimacy – what is intimacy?
- Time – how do we make time for each other in our busy lives?
- Emotions – learn how to express hurt, pain anger etc in a healthy way
This course will be an experiential and fun weekend where you can reconnect as a couple. If you don’t do anything different, nothing will change! so take this time out for you and your partner!!
